Spring Break 2012 Part One

The first full day in St. George we headed out to enjoy Zion National Park.  The weather was so nice and the red mountains were so beautiful!  We started off the day with a drive through a tunnel that was 1 mile long.  I am sad to say that I do not have any pictures of us driving through the tunnel.

After the tunnel we stopped at some random red rocks to let h kids run around and hike!  Andrew was not about to let his cousins leave him behind he many be 4 years younger than his next cousin and 8 years younger than his next boy cousin but he thinks that he is just as old and can do anything that they do!

Taylor and Grandma did not like hiking to high so they were always willing to keep Maelee down low!

Aunt Jodi was a great help with Andrew and getting him where he wanted.  The little blue dot is Hunter climbing to the top of the big red rocks!

Hunter saw a lizard and decided to go look for more which lead us to this cool underpass that took us to the other side of the road.

The waterfall that fell into the biggest pool.

The hike back from the pools was long but we made it out just in time to catch one of the last busses out of the park, lets just say we were all tired and ready for a good meal and bed!
